Integral Consulting Group – Coach and Client Agreement
This agreement outlines the mutual expectations and responsibilities between the Coach and the Client to ensure a productive and respectful coaching relationship.
Please note: This agreement is intended to establish the terms and conditions for the coaching relationship, including the initial complimentary consultation. It does not constitute a commitment by either party to continue coaching services beyond the first session. Any continuation of services will be mutually agreed upon following the initial consultation and documented accordingly.
1. Coach Responsibilities
The Coach agrees to:
- Provide consistent support, guidance, and accountability throughout the coaching relationship.
- Listen actively and respond thoughtfully to the Client’s goals, challenges, and feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or with the Client’s written consent.
- Offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for personal and professional growth.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Actively participate in all scheduled coaching sessions with openness and commitment.
- Complete any assignments, reflections, or action steps between sessions to support progress.
- Communicate honestly and transparently with the Coach regarding goals, challenges, and feedback.
- Pay any additional fees beyond the initial complimentary session provided by Integral Consulting Group in accordance with the agreement.
3. Payment Structure
- The first consultation session is complimentary and serves as an opportunity for both the Coach and Client to assess fit and clarify goals.
- Following the initial session, subsequent coaching sessions will be billed at a rate and terms mutually agreed upon by the Coach and Client.
- The agreed-upon rate and payment schedule will be documented in writing before any paid sessions commence.
- Payment is due according to the terms outlined in the agreement following the initial consultation.
4. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule a session.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of that session, at the discretion of the individual Coach.
- Rescheduling is subject to the Coach’s availability and should be coordinated in a timely manner.
5. Termination of Agreement
- Either the Coach or the Client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
- Upon termination, any unused prepaid sessions will be addressed.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of coaching sessions.
- The Client understands and agrees that the Coach is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the coaching process.
- Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, or mental health professionals.
7. Agreement and Acceptance
I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
